What is chilate?

Chilate is a traditional Mexican drink prepared with corn, cocoa, rice, cinnamon and panela. It is one of the two traditional drinks on the Totomoxtle by La Poblanita menu.

What is pozol?

Pozol is a cold traditional Mexican drink made with nixtamalized corn and cocoa. It is one of the two traditional drinks on the Totomoxtle by La Poblanita menu.

Do you make your own tortillas?

Yes. At Totomoxtle by La Poblanita, we make our own tortillas in our own kitchen, and our tacos, tamales, quesadillas and antojitos are all made from scratch.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

That depends on the week’s fillings, so ask before you order. Call 604 389 8926 and ask whether anything on the current menu is vegetarian or vegan.

What should I do if I have a food allergy?
